They are here for a very brief period— the small, extremely delicious berries that grow in several patches around our ranch. They are impossible to get back to the house for any sharing with Donald on, say, ice cream, as they disappear almost as soon as they leave the stem!
I wonder how First Peoples managed these? Was there a way they increased the size of the patches?
