Who Else Lives Here…
One of the values of walking the land each day is learning who else lives here. Those sheets of web so close to the ground, those are funnel spiders, and this time of year some of our hillsides are like cities of funnel spiders. The spider lives down the “tunnel” and comes up when something is caught in its web. An important part of our ranch’s biodiversity.
