Marked by Fire received two incredible reviews (Jung Journal: Culture and Psyche, May 2013) by George and Suzanne Wagner. We could not be more honored!

Suzanne Wagner is a senior analyst at the C.G. Jung Institute in San Francisco practicing in Sausalito. She was the writer for the feature documentary Matter of Heart and director for both the DVD series Remembering Jung and the film The World Within.

George Wagner was executive producer of Matter of Heart  and Remembering Jung. He is past Executive Director and President of the C. G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles, and President of Wind Harvest International.

Marked by Fire: Stories of the Jungian Way is a series of personal accounts of how prominent Jungian analysts and teachers found their way to Jung and to life.

In Naomi’s words: George and Suzanne are “so clearly our forebears in this endeavour: to give voice to the Jungian world view in the lived lives of those who follow him….  To be able to articulate the experience of that ‘transformative power that is both dangerous and beneficial (Suzanne),’ to tell the life stories of how ‘the troubles and symptoms that plague us can provide the motivating power that sets us on the road to greater consciousness (Suzanne)’ is… not easy.”

Authors include Henry Abramovitch, Jerome S. Bernstein, Patricia Damery, Claire Douglas, Gilda Frantz, Jacqueline Gerson, Sharon Heath, Jean Kirsch, Chie Lee, Naomi Lowinsky, Mel Mathews, Robert D. Romanyshyn, Dennis Slattery, and Karlyn M. Ward.
